App Installer

App Installer is an app for Windows that allows you to install files downloaded from the Microsoft Store and from Uptodown. With the app, you will be able to install programs and apps in the APPX, APPXBundle, MSIX, and MSIXBundle format.

These formats are used by the apps that are downloaded from the Microsoft Store and usually contain several files. For example, you will find libraries for the normal operation of files, as well as the x64, x86, and ARM versions of the programs. Thanks to this, by downloading a single package, you will have all the versions you need for the program to be compatible with your computer.

Upon running one of these files, App Installer displays package information, including the name, the developer, the version, the logo, and the permissions it has access to. If everything is correct, you will be able to click Install. In the event that you have a previous version installed, the Update option will appear. If you already have the latest version installed, App Installer will allow you to reinstall the app to fix possible errors.

App Installer comes installed on all versions of Windows subsequent to Windows 10 1809. However, there may be some versions that do not have it installed. In that case, you can manually download App Installer from Uptodown. After that, you can install apps like Instagram, WhatsApp, or Netflix as long as you have the appropriate file.
